ModularSofaGuide is an independent resource dedicated to helping everyday buyers navigate the confusing world of modular sectional sofas. We are not a furniture store and we do not sell sofas. We built this site to cut through marketing copy with plain, decision-first guidance for people who don’t want to spend thousands on a sofa that doesn’t fit their room or their life.

Our Approach: Decision-First
Most sofa review sites list 20+ products and let you figure it out. We do the opposite: we start with your specific situation, your room size, your household, your budget, and then recommend the configuration and product that fits.
Our methodology evaluates modular sectionals across four criteria: size range & modularity, price-to-quality ratio, delivery ease, and return/trial policy. Only products that score well across all four make our list.
How We Research
Our research is desk-based analysis of publicly available information. We read manufacturer product pages and policy pages, record published specifications and prices, and review owner feedback and third-party reviews where they are available. We do not physically test or handle the sofas we write about. When a detail is not published by the retailer, we say so rather than guess.
